My name is Graham and I have set up this LiveJournal page to help in my hunt for an apartment this fall in the Montreal area. If you know of any leads, please email me at: nostawmaharg@hotmail.com
Here's what I'm looking for:
-One bedroom/bachelor for under $500 a month.
-Available August first or later
-Near (walking distance) to any one of the following metros: Lionel-Groulx, St-Henri, Vendome, Villa-Maria, or Snowdon.
-Preferably not a ground floor or basement.
As for me, I am an artist and a university graduate. In the fall I will be returning to school for nursing, and need a place that is closer to my college (Vanier, in Saint-Laurent). I am currently employed and will continue to work during my schooling. I have been accepted for financial assistance from Quebec student loans. I am a responsible tenant; neat, quiet, and considerate. I would even accept interesting offers of shared accomodations, if the other person is clean/quiet/considerate as well. My nursing program lasts for the next three years, so I will likely keep the apartment for the long-term.

Et au sujet de moi, je suis artist avec un Baccalaureate en peinture de l'University of British Columbia. Je retournerai aux études cet automne, et je cherche un apart près de mon école (College Vanier, à St-Laurent). Je travail presentment, et je vais continuer de travailler quand je commence mes études. J'ai été accepté pour un prêt scholaire par l'Aide financière aux études. Je suis propre, tranquil, responsable, et attentionné. Je considérais un apart partagé, si l'autre personne est propre/tranquille/responsable/attentionnée aussi. Mon programme de soins infirmiers dure trois ans, donc je serai là à long-terme.
